- Deletion: You may request deletion of your personal information. We will action this within 30 days.
- Objection: You may object to the processing of your personal information.
- Portability: You may request your data in a machine-readable format (available from your dashboard settings).
How to exercise your rights
Email our Information Officer at hello@sitey.co.za with the subject "POPIA Request". We will respond within 30 days.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator of South Africa.
Automated processing
We do not make automated decisions about you that have legal or similarly significant effects.
Cross-border transfers
Some of our service providers (Neon, Cloudflare, Resend) process data outside South Africa. We have data processing agreements in place with these providers ensuring adequate protection.
