Refund Policy

Setup fees

Setup fees are non-refundable once we have started building your site. In most cases, work begins within 24 hours of payment confirmation.

If you cancel before we have started building — and you notify us in writing via your dashboard or by email — we will refund the setup fee in full. No questions asked.

Monthly subscriptions

Monthly subscription fees are charged in advance. If you cancel mid-cycle, your site remains live until the end of the billing period. We do not provide pro-rata refunds for unused days.

If you believe a charge was made in error, contact us within seven days of the charge and we will investigate. Genuine billing errors are corrected in full.

Domain registration

Domain registration fees are non-refundable. Once a domain is registered, the cost is passed directly to the registry and cannot be reversed.

How to request a refund

Email hello@sitey.co.za or send a message through your dashboard. Include your order reference and a brief explanation. We respond within one business day.

Consumer Protection Act

This policy is subject to the South African Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008. Where the Act grants broader rights than set out above, those rights apply.
